Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TOOL BUTLER is a mobile cabinet/workbench from Lockpanel.

It is a double-sided unit, one side being a lockable cabinet with perforated metal internal wall panels which accept a variety of Lockpanel System tool hooks. There is also a base area large enough to accommodate a personal toolbox should the user wish to have a secure place for his own tools.

The reverse side is open and has a louvered panel on which a selection of plastic bins for small items can be stored. The top of the cabinet has a plywood inset with a retaining lip all round. It is supported by a double thickness of steel and it capable of accepting a 100mm (4 inch) vice.

There are two fixed and two swivel castors. One castor has a "total stop" brake which, when engaged, allows the Tool Butler to be used as a medium-duty workbench.

Overall dimensions are 920mm long, 800mm high and 500mm wide. The unit costs £131.78 including packing, exworks.
