Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA has handed over the first two BR112DH double-deck buses to Tyne and Wear PTE.

The buses, fitted with Alexander R-type double-deck bodies, were officially handed over to Tyne and Wear County Council transport committee chairman Jack May by Scania Great Britain managing director Anders Siewertz. Tyne and Wear PTE already has 140 first generation Metropolitan double-deck buses on Scania BR1 1 1 chassis supplied by Metro-Cammell Weymann.

Scania's bus and coach sales manager Clive Lambert-Beeson, speaking at the event, stressed the high British content of the buses. He claimed that 30 per cent of the chassis components were British and that Scania imports more from Britain in terms of components that it exports from Sweden in terms of complete vehicles.
