Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• IMS of Loughborough has launched the Buzzlift airoperated landing-leg actuator, which, it is claimed, can raise or lower landing legs in less than 15 seconds at the touch of a button.

The product can be retro fitted to any make of landing leg, is powered directly from the trailer braking air supply, and has a maximum capacity of 25 tomes.

IMS points out that even with a negligible landing leg loading, a manual system requires more than the 4kg force allowed by manual handling regulations—and this can rise to 25kg with a fully loaded semi.

The full Buzzlift kit with dedicated air tank weighs 34kg and costs about 1600.
