NATIONAL Crusader. the recently formed division of National Express, is acquiring Traveldata, the coach brokerage operation set up 18 months ago by Peter Newman and Leon Daniels of Ensign bus.
Chris Cheek, National Crusader's manager for London and the South East, said: "This acquisition fits in naturally with our operations. National Crusader already makes extensive use of the independent operators, while National Express is already one • of the independent sector's biggest customers.
