Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TEXAN Garry Watt has been appointed managing director of UK tanker group United Transport Tankers. Watt was previously executive vice-president, sales and marketing and a board director of United Transport International's Houston-based industrial tanker company, DSI Transports Inc.

The job was offered to Richard Morris, a United Transport manager, but he turned it down to run Baileys

of Westbury, the Heron Motor Group's distribution and warehousing subsidiary (CM March 1).

United Transport Company chairman, Gay FennSmith, has been appointed chairman of the British tanker company. His and Watt's appointments stem from the retirement at the end of December of the tanker group's chairman and managing director Gordon Allen, owing to ill health.
