IT is understood that a broad basis has
been reached between the Road Haulage Association and British Railways upon which discussions can take place about a degree of co-operation (The Commercial Motor, February 22) between hauliers and the railways. On Tuesday, discussions began between the R.H.A. and British Road Services, with a similar objective.
