67 NEW BUSES FOR WELLINGTON

RASED on 16-ft. 4-in.-wheelbase

chassis, 67 new A.C.V. Reliance 40-seaters are being exported to Wellington, New Zealand. The vehicles have M.C.W. bodies and Monocontrol transmission, The front entrance and rear exit doors are electro-pneumatically operated, and the vehicles have hand-operated air brakes. Ten of the buses, which are all laid out for the pay-as-you-enter system, will have radio sets.

Open lockers are provided on the near side for stowing folding pushchairs. Wellington has operated A.E.C. vehicles for many years.
