• Though revoking the licence held by Milnethorp Transport, on maintenance grounds, North Western LA Martin Albu has granted the company a fresh licence for 15 vehicles and 20 trailers.

• Consideration of disciplinary action against Cardiff-based David Emmett was adjourned by South Wales DLA Alan Bourlet after accounts revealed he was in partnership with his wife. The DLA required the partners to lodge an application for a fresh licence, coupled with the surrender of Emmett's existing licence, within seven days
