A WEIGHBRIDGE site at the Leatherhcad Interchange on the M25 in Surrey should be completed this year, Transport Minister Lynda Chalker has told MPs.
At a later date it was hoped to provide one at the M20/M25/A30 junction at Swanley in Kent.
