THE OFFICIAL liquidator .of F1 and G European Ltd, the freight forwarder which. started trading late last year and has since folded, has still been unable to recover the company's books and therefore the list of creditors. No creditor's meeting has yet been called.
Freight Trades Protection, the credit intelligence firm based at Halstead, Essex (CM, March 23), is helping the liquidator to compile a list of creditors.
It is already acting as supporting petitioning creditor for sonic of its clients, which are H and G creditors, and is willing to make this service free to other firms.
The reason, says managing director Bill Sumpton, is to obtain information for its own files.
Meanwhile fraud investigators are continuing their investigations into the company. "We are progressing," a spokesman said this week.
