THE MOTOR TRANSPORT Awards 2009 arc now open for entries.
There are lb categories this year, including Haulier of the Year, Fleet Engineer of the Year. Livery of the Year and the Innovation Award. Urban Delivery Operation of the Year is new for 2009.

The deadline for entry is 27 March: any entries that are received after that date will not be eligible.
The shortlist will be announced on 7 May, and the winners revealed on 1 July at a black tie dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane.
MT editor Justin Stanton says: "The MT Awards are about recognising and rewarding excellence and even in a downturn, there are success stories.
This is the chance for operators to prove to customers, peers and rivals how good you are. But remember, you have to be in it to win it.
