Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Rosier Holdings has bought two tanker firms: Sandbachbased Roger Bettley Transport and Bristol-based Chemic-Haul.

The acquisitions have a combined fleet of 40 vehicles. They, and a number of new MANs, will be run by a new subsidiary, Rosier Tankers, with Roger Bettley as commercial director and Chemic-Haul director Brian Nichols as operations director.

Bettley says that new contracts for the division are in the pipeline. Since its launch 12 years ago, Rosier has grown rapidly and now runs in four divisions operating 250 trucks and more than 300 trailers.
