Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Weightlifter Bodies has bought Peterborough-based tipper body specialist PPG Fabrications. The PPG name will be retained, and directors Phil Mote and Peter Madison will remain with the company. The third director, George Hunns, is retiring.

PPG was founded 10 years ago. The Thorney factory's output includes light insulated Tarmac bodies and standard monocoque bodies for muckaway and bulk work, with and without pneumatic discharge.

Most are mounted on rigid chassis, although a small number of tipping semi-trailers have been produced.

Trailer output will be increased, says Weightlifter managing director, Paul Weightman, who adds: "We're now looking to acquire other businesses."
