Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The ICI Paints Division has produced a polyurethane reinforced coach finish for commercial vehicles which is particularly suitable for large vehicles carrying general goods and is available in a new range of colours.

The coach finish is known as Dulux vehicle enamel polyurethane reinforced P374 line and has an overspray absorption time of 30min. This facilitates easy spraying of large vehicles, the enamel being dust free in 11-1-ir. It hardens overnight to permit trouble-free masking and writing. A brushing retarder is available to brush out minor colour in multi-colour schemes. The enamel has a high paint gloss and good colour retention properties and is resistant to abrasion. Its use eliminates the need for sanding, and economies are derived from the application of polyester stopper, of long-life etching primer, of primer surfacer and of dry de-nib or sand-significant surfaces.

Cl points out that the use of conspicuous colours could well be an important factor in the avoidance of accidents.
