• A short course on Transport Planning, Operation and Management will be held at Leeds University from March 29 to April 2 1971. This course is offered for the fifth time and in previous years has been well supported by civilian firms as well as the Services.

The programme will include discussions on national transport policy, management aids, current problems of transport operations, labour relations, conflicting priorities of the resources devoted to long-distance road haulage, and future developments in freight afid passenger movement.

The course will be held at Bodington Hall, Leeds University from 9 am on Monday, March 29 to 4 pm on Friday April 2. The course fee is £27 and accommodation for the week costs £15.
