Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING strong representations to the Ministry of Transport by the Lorry Mounted Crane Association, the addition of a sub-paragraph to Regulation 110(1) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations means that providing lorry mounted cranes do not exceed the relevant dimensional or projectional limits laid down in those Regulations and in the Authorization of Special Types General Order 1963. it is not necessary for attendants to be carried.

This amendment rectifies a legislative anomaly and became operative yesterday (Thursday).
