THE Association of Municipal Corporations have given their views on Worcester City Council's concern over the congestion alleged often to be caused by abnormal loads being transported through the city. They have stated that whilst they are not unsympathetic with the city's problems, it would be difficult to press the matter with the Ministry of Transport, particularly in the absence 'of evidence of any serious congestion elsewhere consequent upon the movement of such loads.
