LAST week a Leeds Corporation bus driver pleaded guilty at the City's police court to having failed to report an accident to the police, but he explained -that on the day after the accident he sent in a full report to the corporation's passenger-transport department. During his 17 years' service as a driver that was the procedure he had always followed in the case of slight accidents.
