Tecalemit, Ltd., returned a profit of £63,403, after making provision for taxation, compared with £77,866 in the previous year. Depreciation accounts for £24,482. A final dividend of 12 per cent., making 18 per cent. for the year, is. to be paid, leaving £16,638 to he carried forward, compared with £15,714 brought in.
