Our speed camera investigation (CM 25 January) said that a truck doing over 50mph in a 60mph zone cannot be caught on camera; this is not always the case. In CM 1 February we said drivers would have to keep tacho data for 29 days from April 2007; in fact the rules change on 1 January 2008.
