Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH REFERENCE to sleep apnoea (CM 3 November): my son Toby was killed when a truck ploughed into the back of his car in a stationary queue of trafic. The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel, and was subsequently found to be suffering from sleep apnoea. Your article was excellent. I hope it will encourage drivers to get themselves tested, and encourage employers to put in place screening for sleep apnoea.
