Our issue last week made reference to the dividends which are being paid by John I. Thornycroft and Co., Ltd., for the year ended July 31st last, and we have now received a copy of the company's report for this period, which shows that, after deducting debenture interest and interim dividends, a profit of 167,806 was made. As already mentioned, the company are carrying forward a sum of £49,246. The report states that during the year the commercial-vehicle sales of the company Increased by over 51) per cent.
