The London County Council has decided, after careful consideration, to make application to the Minister of Transport, under Section 9 of the Motor Car Act, 1903, for the issue of regulations prescribing a maximum speed of ten miles an hour for motor vehicles in the portion of Falcon Road between St. John's Road and Falcon Grove, Battersea, S.W.11.
