Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A Dorset lorry driver has been jailed for three months for assault after he was involved in a road rage incident.

Bournemouth Crown Court heard that Anthony Blackwell of Wimborne—who was driving his Ford Granada car at the time—took exception to the driving of Lee Fraser. Blackwell followed Fraser for six miles and then attacked him outside Wimborne Police Station in November last year. Fraser suffered an eye injury as a result.

Blackwell pleaded guilty to common assault. He was also ordered to pay compensation.
