Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A lorry driver has been commended by a judge and awarded £50 for halting a dangerous motorist on the M5 and preventing what could have been a serious accident.

Driver Darren Burton of Shard End, Birmingham, was driving his Scania behind a Vauxhall Cavalier car on the motorway near Worcester in January when the car started swerving as if it was going out of control, Worcester Crown Court was told.

Burton trailed the car, driven by Jhalman Singh of West Bromwich, for 11 miles as other lorries joined a long queue behind. The vehicles were often forced to brake by Singh's erratic driving and the drivers feared overtaking him, Judge Andrew Geddes was told.

Eventually Burton saw an opportunity to overtake and pulled his lorry in front of the Vauxhall, forcing it to stop. Burton then leapt out of his cab and grabbed the Vauxhall's ignition keys so Singh could not continue.

Singh, aged 60, was remanded in custody after being found guilty of dangerous driving.
