Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

With the plethora of programmes on telly concerning everyday folk, it looks like nearly all of us will get our proverbial chance of fame for 15 minutes. London-based builder Tommy Walsh, for example, has come to prominence as a member of the BBC's Ground Force team. Working alongside presenter Alan Titchmarsh and a rather able young woman called Charlie Dimmock, Tommy sets out with the team to give someone a surprise garden makeover. Just recently he has been supplied by Volvo Trucks with this Mitsubishi Canter 7.5-tonne dropside tipper through Outfields of East Anglia. The vehicle is based on a standard Canter 75 with a 3.76m wheelbase, a 3.5m heavy-duty alloy tipping body and an 800mm steel tool cabinet with integral ladder gantry. Sounds like the business. The Hawk is partial to a bit of recreational gardening, although he favours the trowel and hoe over the shovel and pickaxe.
