Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Spraygun manufacturer ieVilbiss has added a suction fed gun, the JGHVS, to its HVLP range. The gun requires 453L/min (16c-fm) of air a minute at around 25psi at the handle to give the required lOpsi at the nozzle and comes with an instrumented air cap for setting. Two air caps and fluid tips are supplied as standard: 1.6mm for base and clear coats, and 2.3rran for primers, fillers and surfacers.

DeVilbiss' range of HVLP guns now covers, suction cup, pressure cup, gravity cup and remote pressure fed models.

To ease the precise setting of pressure for spray gin:, DeVilbiss has introduced an air micrometer. The unit attaches to the spraygun and a knurled knob used to set precise pressure up to 160 psi (11 bar) on a large (40min diameter) gauge. List price of :he air micrometer is £19.00 :ex VAT).
