Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 25-YEAR-OLD dispute between 1-1 Newport Town Council and W. Alexander and Sons, Ltd.. concerning the continuing use of Boat Road for bus stands was described at a resumed sitting of the Scottish Deputy Licensing Authority, in Dundee, as a domestic problem capable of solution with a little goodwill on both sides. Earlier proceedings, were reported on March 4.

• Renewal of the operators' licences was opposed by the council on the ground of congestion caused at the stands, which are at the Fife terminal of the Tay ferry crossing.

The Authority said he would defer his decision: meantime the services would continue. He thought the bus company should spcnd a little mane) towards the provision of a bus station.
