Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WINCANTON IS LOCKED in a court dispute with Irish department store Arnotts after it tried to evict the retailer from its Tolka Quay, Dublin warehouse.

The logistics heavyweight asked Arnotts to leave in May, but Arnotts has won an interim injunction allowing it to stay put. The case witi be heard before the Irish High Court later this month. Wincanton spokesman Charles Carr says: We decided to stop providing logistics services ourselves at that site and sub-let it to another customer."

He adds that Wincanton offered Arnotts help to find another site. Arnotts declined to comment.
