Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford has announced prices for the new high-roof Escort van being produced by Motor Panels. The van, revealed for the first time by Commercial Motor (CM 13-19 July), is an SVO option available from Ford dealers priced at £793 (exVAT) above the basic model price.

Operators should note, however, that the launch stock of 110 vehicles is being offered at a knock-down price of only £250 (ex-VAT) above base price.

The roof conversion is being made by Motor Panels at a rate of 20 a week. Compared with the company's previous high-roof Escort, it is claimed to offer improved aerodynamics in addition to 15% more load space than a standard Escort.
