Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

or Leyland Leopard 36-ft.long chassis, and a new version of the Crusader model for the Bedford SB or Thames Trader p.s.v, chassis are announced by Thomas Harrington, Ltd. Together with a 12-seater conversion of a Commer 1500 series van, they will be exhibited on the Harrington stand at the Commercial Motor Show.

The new 36-ft. design is named the Grenadier 36 and has a family resemblance to the existing Cavalier design, of which it is a development. The number of pillars has been reduced by one on each side and it has been possible to eliminate the top sliding sections of the main side windows, because of the incorporation of the Smiths JetVent, individual passenger ventilation system as a standard feature. The side windows are, accordingly, fixed and the passenger's field of vision through them is materially improved. The external appearance is also cleaned-up by this alteration. The windscreen has been increased in height and modified in outline and a number of other minor styling changes have been carried out.

Aluminium and steel framing is used 1312 with aluminium panelling, apart from the frontand rear-ends and wheel arches which are glass-fibre. Unladen weight of the standard body is 3 tons 6 cwt.

The Show exhibit, on Leyland Leopard chassis, will have low-back luxury coach seats of a new design for 49 passengers, although up to 51 scats can be accommodated. A generally similar coach on A.E.C. Reliance 590 chassis will be in the demonstration park.

The Crusader Mk. III differs from its predecessor, the Mk. IT, mainly in also having one pillar fewer on each side. In this case, however, the double-top sliding vent arrangement is retained for the three main windows on each s:de. The unladen weight of the body is 2 tons 10 cwt. The example on the Harrington stand will be on a Thames Trader p.s.v. chassis, and the demonstration vehicle outside will be on a Bedford chass:s.

The third Harrington exhibit will be a Comrner 1500 series 12-seater p.s.v. conversion, based on the standard passengervehicle shell.
