out of each 11 spent 8s. 111d. went on traffic salaries and wages, 2s. 24d, on maintenance salaries and wages, 3s. 24d. on materials and fuel, is. 01-d on fuel tax, Is. 8d. on debt charges, is. 8d. on Welfare, Hid. on administration. and 4id. on rates and licences.

During the past year the-first steps were taken to iniplement . the policy: of changing over from trolley to motorbus operation. Last week Sir 'William Lyons handed over the first of 88 Daimler Fleetlines, with 'bodies by M.H. Cars, to Belfast Corporation.
