Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

piFODEN two-stroke oil-engineCI chassis, equipped with a Metal craft 41-seater body, is to be thoroughly tested during a tour of Europe, starting from Sandbach at the end of this month. The rear seat in the body is to be removed and replaced by an instrument panel with gauges recording all temperatures and pressures throughout the chassis, including brake-drum heat, and altitude.

Tentative plans include visits to France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, making a double crossing of the Alps and a climb in the Pyrenees. The vehicle will carry a full load and an allowance for passengers' luggage.

Foden representatives on the coach will include Mr. J. E. Foden, joint managing director, Mr. H. Davies, works manager, Mr. J. Mills, chief designer, and Mr. E. Johnson, bus sales manager. There will be five representatives from Metalcraft (Staffs), Ltd
