NIGHTFREIGHT (GB) WANTS to be given the green light to base five vehicles and four trailers at a new operating centre in Claughton, Lancs. Earlier this year the firm won a three-year. £500,000 contract with home shopping retailer JD Williams to handle the collection and delivery of items such as white goods, home electronics, and furniture.
