PEAK PRACTICE

Here is an intrepid bunch of lads with their sights set high. The 10-man team from ERF recently completed the gruelling three-peak challenge, ascending Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

The seven walkers, with three backup supporters, raised a considerable sum for the Leighton Hospital children's ward. Pictured here having a bit of a sit down before the off are; (front row, left to right), Mari( Simcox, Jeff Kennedy, Nick Allsop, Lee Hula* and Paul Gamble, with (back row, left to right) lan Bloor, Guy Harrison, Bob Beardshaw and Kevin Guest (10th man Barry James is not present). My compliments to all concerned.
