Starting young... AAG Distribution Is running practical lessons for C,ambrkligsslirs school children to make them safer near HGVs. The company took a 40-tonner round schools and took children into the cab so they could see the view a driver has when on the road.
Braking distances and blind spots were also on the discussion list to help make children more aware of the dangers posed by large vehicles, says AAG driver training manager Brian Dunbavin.
