Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

is the biggest on record. With 218 stands it exceeds the 1973 Show by 36. The overflow has been accommodated at No 4 Shed, Yorkhill Quay, half a mile from the main Kelvin Hall exhibition. Said one member of the organising committee : "It is only five minutes' walk from the hall as the crow flies." Not being crows many of the visitors could miss out on seeing the Yorkhill exhibits and driving vehicles at the demonstration area. However, those wishing to make the half-mile trip will be transported in manufacturers' courtesy vehicles if they ask on the stands.

Manufacturers are also being provided with re-entry tickets for their visitors.

The transport arrangements to and from the hall have now been finalised. Those using the British Airways shuttle service every hour on the hour from London will be whisked to Anderston Cross from Glasgow Airport by Western SMT coach and then transferred to a Glasgow PTE bus for an express seven-minute run to the hall.

Other visitors can also use the express service which runs every 30 minutes during the day and at 15-minute intervals in the [ evening ; alternatively they can join an ordinary service bus in Argyle Street, route numbers 1, 6, 9, 15, 16 or 32, or any of the first three routes in George Square.

Glasgow's Underground services, both inner and outer circles, run to Partick Cross, which is only 400 yards walk from the hall. Taxi services operate from the airport and all main line railway stations.

If you must take your car street parking is available adjacent to the hall at Lumsden Street, Yorkhill Street, Overnewton Street, Haugh Road, Gilbert Street, Lymburn Street, and Kelvin Way. The Michelin Tyre Company is running a courtesy coach between the street parks and the hall.

The show, which opens today at 10 am, will be open daily, except Sunday, until 9pm. The admission today and on Wednesday until 5pm is El for adults and 50p for children under 14. In the evening and every other day it is 50p and 30p.

The official opening, which will be performed by Mr John Methven, chief executive officer of the Office of Fair Trading, takes place today at 1 lam.
