IT'S ALL RIGHT for Karl Rout to say hauliers should be forced to prove where they stop overnight (Force drivers to prove where they stop', CM 16 April); he would be one of the beneficiaries.
The truth is that apart from there being not enough stops, those we have are too costly. I only use them as a last resort.
