CHAIRMAN of the National Freight Co, Sir Robert Lawrence, and Sainsbury's director of distribution and president of the Freight Transport Association, Len Payne, probably agree on many things. One is that con ment on the Armitage Repo would be much more intelliger if the critics took the trouble I read it.
More the pity because, as S Robert recently remarked, "th report is so rich in quotabl material that is would make companion volume to th Oxford Dictionary of Quotation, On the other hand, only a ca tries to confuse his opponent with facts.
