A COUNSELLING service to help companies and staff face redundancy problems has been launched by Career Change Ltd of Merseyside.
The service is aimed at the executive, particularly in the 45plus age bracket, who is faced with redundancy, and attempts to help him come to terms with the situation and move towards finding a new job or career.
