Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LORRIES of up to 10.5 tons can be carried on Seaspeed hovercraft between Dover and Boulogne and Calais.

The British Rail subsidiary says the service is geared for express freight operators, and says it will be limited to vehicles of up to 10.5m length, 3.1m height, and 10.5 tons weight. Tariffs start at £36 single (winter), with drivers travelling free.

It claims it has devised a simple form which speeds embarkation and disembarkation times on the craft which can carry up to 55 vehicles.
