DEPUTY managing director of the Champion Sparking Plug Co., Ltd., Mr. H. G. Starley has succeeded Sir Francis Brake as chairman of the Interdepartmental Packaging Co-ordinating Committee. He accepted this post on the invitation of the Minister of Supply. Mr. Starley is also a council member of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
