THE Public Service Vehicles (School'. children) Bill was presented in the House of Commons, on Tuesday, by Mr. N. Pannell (Cons, Kirkdale) with the support of •Mr. Ernest Davies. It is intended to enable local authorities to grant new travel concessions to schoolchildren, and will be read a second time on May 2.
