Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ATAILOR'S shop and an ice-cream dispensing vehicle are two interesting types recently completed by Reeve and Kenning, Ltd., Pilsey, near Chesterfield. The basis of the tailor's van is a Morris-Commercial P.V. chassis supplied by Mr. A. L. Lunn, of Warrington.

Aluminium sheet in 18 gauge is used for the exterior panelling, and threeply wood for the interior, Gowns arc carried in twi, cubicles built into the rear of the body, the tubes and supporting brackets being chromium plated. There are four opal Perspex windows in the cant-rail panels, and toughened-glass windows are built into each side of the body. "There are also four large jellymould lamps in the roof.

Behind the driver's compartment is a solid partition, against which are glassenclosed shelves for rolls of material. The cutting table folds away. A Clayton heater maintains a comfortable interior temperature in cold weather.

The rear end is fitted with two sliding doors and a full-width drop step.

The ice-cream dispensing vehicle has been converted from a MorrisCommercial J-type van, the original roof being replaced by one of' hand-beaten aluminium. Coachbuilt doors replace the original sliding doors, and the whole Of the body sides above the waist rail are fitted with 'sliding windows.

Interior fittings -include two aluminium lockers, one on each side of the body, and alurniniUm counters. A

Stuart Turner electrically driven water pump and a Perspex sink are fitted to the off-side locker, whilst two jellymould roof lamps provide interior lighting. A Flettner ventilator is fitted in the roof.

A high degree of manceuvrability is a useful asset to an ice-cream dispensing vehicle, and this feature the J-type van possesses to a greater degree than many other types.
