Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CYRIL BLEASDALE the Freightliner Ltd said at the waning of a new FL terminal at Liverpool that trading conditions were now in his company's favour. "The road haulier with his underpaid workforce has had his own way for far too long" said Mr Bleasdale.

His comments were Wter described by a road haulier as "Typically irresponsible especially from a man who has just had almost £700,000 of a £950,000 project handed to him by the Government and the EEC regional fund". Mr Bleasdale is confident that the new Mersey terminal will be a sell out. He said that demand in Scotland and the South was very heavy.

• The Government made a .£340,000 grant towards the terminal as a section eight grant. Development is also taking place at the Willesden and Coatbridge terminals.

This is all part of FL's plans to compress a three year development, sales and marketing programme into 12 months. The company's main development area will be mainland Europe.
