(NE of London's 72-seater Route master buses left Chiswick last Saturday on the first stage of a 1,250mile Continental journey. The bus, RML 902, is going to Munich to take part in the British Week which is being held there from June 8-16 and will carry passengers on tours of the city.
Three members of London Transport's engineering staff will drive, service and maintain the bus. Leader of the party will be 44-year-old Mr. Robert House.
