WORK on the Doncaster by-pass, which was first proposed nearly 20 years ago, is expected to be authorized during the next financial year, Mr. .Anthony Barber, M.P., told Doncaster Conservative Association last Friday. The by-pass will be 15 miles long and cost £5.25m.
