Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Saks of commercial motors have taken a gratifying turn for the better during the past two months, whilst ?It...enquiries, both from home and abroad, have been more numerous and satisfactory. With indications of a general trade revival, it goes without saying that the business in utility motors must improve sympathetically, and reports to that effect reach us from several reliable sources. Haying regard to the very large volume of pioneer and missionary effort which has been put forth since the heavy section struck out for itself in 1905, we should be loth to believe that any other result were possible. The year ryoe certainly opens with room for an advance over its predecessor, and the fact that old users are steadily proving more willing to show their faith in practical fashion—by placing further orders— is having its effect upon cynics in all branches. One does not need to go back more than a year to light upon a stage in the progress of commercial motoring at which it was difficult to answer certain criticisms of people whose conservatism would lead them to stick to anything to which they had been accustomed in the past. Since that date, however, yarioits uncertainties have been satisfactorily pushed aside, and large users who were supposed to be wavering have publicly announced their satisfaction with utility vehicles for the conveyance of a variety of loads.
