Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FHERE SEEMS to be a diverlence of view among Continenal manufacturers on the imporance of the British motor ndustry. Managing director of 3MW's British subsidiary, Dr Nalter Hasselkus, maintains that 'Europe needs a British motor ndustry and an attack on it is an ittack on the British economy." That opinion is obviously not ;hared by Common Market ;ountries that are trying to close he door on British vehicles and ;omponents by distorting the inerpretation of what have )reviously been clearly unierstood import rules. Perhaps hey would welcome the total ;ollapse of the British economy. Britain appears, however, to lave scored a small victory over he wiring of rear fog lights. Europe is to change to the 3ritish system whereby the ights operate when the sideights are dipped or main-beam leadlamps are in use, instead of )nly when dipped headlamps ire switched on.
