A variety of seals, rubber or synthetic, suitable for foodstuffs and other commodities can now he specifled for use with Unicone Instantaneous joints. An effective flexible joint between two pipes or hoses is made by inserting the gasket or seal between the ends to be joined and then snapping down the lever of the coupling over the joint.

The joints come in sizes ranging from 25 mm (1 in) to 150 mm (6 in). Unicone joints are also available in stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals for use in the food, chemical and other industries.
